Hi!
I' recently bought a acard nmc6710u ultra scsi controller and a micropolis
drive. As I realized there is no driver available yet for linux for the
controller.
Is anybody working on such a driver?
The controller chip is labeled atp870. Does anybody know the company
that produces this stuff?
It is sold under the brands ACARD and ARTOP and 2.0.31 identifies it's
vendor id as 1191 and device id as 8020 (or vice versa, I'm typing from
memory). Checking dejanews and yahoo wasn't a sucess except that I'm not
the only idiot getting this controller.
Ciao and TIA
Gregor
