Altos SCSI controller??

I have an Altos Base I/O III SCSI controller card and linux does not
recognize this card. It uses Texas Instruments chip SN75C091AFN. Does any
other scsi controler use this chip? and if they do how might I be able to
get their drivers to cooperate with this altos card(S). This whole
machine and every card inside is manufactured by Altos and it has an EISA
bus. I tried to contact Altos (www.altos.com) a couple of times but they
don't feel like replying to my mail. My other problem is that I have very
little experience with EISA and SCSI. Any help would be appreciated.
