Onsale often mixes up the desciptions of the items. If possible, you should
try to find out the specifications of the particular model. If it is really
Ultra-Wide, then that's 40MB/sec. Ultra or Wide is 20MB/sec. In reality you
don't need Ultra-Wide unless you're planning to use more than 2 drives
simultaneously. Even 7200 rpm drives are rarely faster than 10MB/sec.
If the description says Ultra-Wide and you don't get an Ultra-Wide drive you
can always return it.
You might also look at the 9GB IBM drives. They're Wide (not Ultra) and about
$500 but they come with a 5 year warranty from a real company that's still in
business.
