Today I tried the aic7xxx-2.0.30-pre10-patch which did not make it
into 2.0.31, but the problem remains.
However, when trying to reboot the box during the crash, I found
the following message:
Kernel panic: aic7xxx : Disconnect list inconsistency, SCB index=255,
num scbc=24. In swwapper task - not syncing.
