how to turn SCSI-drive off

Hello!
I have a Seagate ST11200N drive.
Is it possible to turn an SCSI-drive off.
Perhaps after a certain amount of time in
whitch it was not accessed (like an EIDE-
drive) ?
any idea would be appreciated!
