One problem with cmpexpress though, you should keep in mind: Their
customer service sucks. I bought a BT-948 from them in april, it turned
out to be defective, and so I called to get an rma, it never came until
the 30 day return period was expired, and even then it had to take atleast
10 phone calls in order to get through. By this time, I was so sick and
stuck with their customer service that I decided not to order a
replacement from them; instead I went to trucost.com. Guess what? In
august, three months later, cmpexpress still had not credited my credit
card the amount they charged me for the bt-948 even though I had returned
the item, which I tracked down via UPS and found that they had received it
three months earlier.

Infact, CMPexpress has not credited my card yet. In september I called
the credit company and gave them all the proof of what had happened, and
they decided to temporaryly credit the amount while they investigated
further why cmpexpress has not replied to my inquiries and so on.

So I guess if you are sure that the product you are getting won't need to
be returned to the company for exchange/credit, their prices are great;
but if you anticipate dealing with their customer service, I think you
should be prepared to deal with what I went through with them.

I'm not trying to discourage people to do business with whoever they
chose. I'm just voicing or letting other people know what experiences I
had with that company

Cheers
Robert Johannes
