Your problem is here, first partition is DOS.

Lilo is looking for Linux root on the first partition. During the boot
stage, when it give you the prompt, you can try the following:
mount root=/dev/sda2
or wherever your Linux partition is located. That should work. I've run
into this before when my Linux root is on the 3rd SCSI drive (ID 2, sdc1).
