That's the latest version on the LDP homepage, so I guess there probably
isn't a newer one. IMHO, this is getting to be a problem. This HOWTO is
often used to check whether a given SCSI card is supported by Linux before
purchase, and yet it doesn't even mention Advansys cards, which have been
supported for some time now (by Advansys themselves, no less).
There's little incentive for a company like Advansys to continue supporting
Linux when many potential customers aren't even going to consider them
because they're not mentioned in the HOWTO. I'd offer to update the document
myself, by I don't have the time or, more importantly, the SCSI knowledge
required.
