I got the following messages on my screen this morning. This is on an
Adaptec 3940UW controller, the scsi device giving the error (if i read this
right) is a HP SureStore Tape 6000.. Any ideas what could cause this, and
what it means? Is it deadly? The tape drive is an external, and is the
only device on this channel of the controller.
