I've got an NCR 800 PCI SCSI card and a 640 MB Mitsubishi MO drive. After
compiling modules and setting things up it complains about the disk being
2048 bytes per sector. the SCSI-HOWTO mentions you can use the 'MODE
SELECT SCSI command' to change the block and or sector size to fix this
problem (sometimes) but fails to reveal anything about where to use that
'command'. Any help would be appreciated.

truly,

Jon J. E. Mann
