More 3243's, unfortunately.  They have this silly thing called a warranty,
where every few months (or years if lucky) the drive dies and you trade
your dead one for a refurbished one.  As for what I'd buy given the
choice...we have some Microp 1936's that seem like tanks.  Same goes for
the DEC DSP5300.  I wish I'd talked the boss into buying more when Corpsys
was moving them out.  I'm glad I got one for myself.

For non-antique drives, I've got several of the newer IBM 3.5" 2gb SCSI-2
drives in service...and they seem nice enough.  No failures so far.
