Yesterday, I tried an ftp connection to a host, which I aborted
after some time (it was just too slow). The host seems to have
gone down in the meantime; ping can't reach it.
Since then, there's a socket hanging around in CLOSE state
(for around 23 hours now):
tcp 0 2 myhost:1117 otherhost:ftp CLOSE ig25
This is for vanilla 1.3.10.
