 BTW, and you probably knew this, the reason the second connection
 succeeds is because the ICMP redirect causes the next connect to
 go directly to the intended host (not via the Linux router and not
 getting another ICMP redirect). After a period of time, the route
 created by ICMP is flushed and the next connect will fail.

 Also, the TOS was set to 6. I'm not familiar with service levels,
 but I got the impression that they're not widely supported. Is this
 true?
