IBM's OS/2 bootp only works on one interface as well.  Actually, when 
it's used on the second interface it sends out the broadcast on the 
second interface, retrieves the response that comes back on the 
second interface and configures the first interface...

Both AIX 3.2.5 and AIX 4.2 have the same problems.
