I have just obtained an Intel NetportXL for my own use, and I am
trying to set up my Linux box running samba as the RBL server for the
Netport (where it downloads its application code from when it boots).
I currently have the RBL in a directory on my Win95 box, with a share
name of RBL and no password set on it. The Netport can sucessfully
download its RBL code from there.
I then set up a directory on the Linux box (/usr/rbl, mode 755, owner
root.root). I set this up as a share, with the name of RBL, but the
netport refusues to see it. (the appropriate section of /etc/smb.conf
is below).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it isnt working, and how I
can persuade it to work.....?
Graham
