I feel that it is a shame to get so upset about all of this.  We are a group of 
people
that are all working toward a better OS with decent vendor support.  Since Linux
 does
have a volitile development schedule it is hard for a vendor to keep his source 
up to date.

One thing everyone has forgot here is that some people are in this business to m
ake a living,
and not to support all operating systems.  However, Perhaps if we asked for some
one to give
interium updates on development kernels they would.  Has anyone thought to ask p
olitely for 
this or are we all to caught up in the FREE option to believe the saying "Ask an
d you shall 
receive".

Please don't jump the vendors that are willing to work with us or we wont have a
ny later on.
