Nope, he is saying something about someone who should send him some excel
notes besides the dos notes they talked about because otherwise that
female student will continue bothering him (!?).
I think it's more a case of:
"What's this cc: field anyway ? O you mean hundred of people saw my
message ? Cool !"
Or maybe he just has a random cc generator (you never know with people
passing excel notes around :-)
