Look in /usr/src/linux/drivers/net/CONFIG, config the kernel from there.
If you are using lilo to boot linux, you can use the ether=<irq>,0x<io
address>,0x<memaddress>,eth0 from the lilo: line or add the append= line
in lilo.conf file.
