Can pppd work with an NT Server using call back.
I think it goes like this.
Linux call's an NT server and authenticates itself vis PPP ((PAP/CHAP)???)
The NT server accepts and drops the line.
At this point the IP addresses that will be used are already established.
The NT server then calls back a fixed phone number and the Linux
box should just pick up in ppp mode.
Things that confuse me.
For the return call, how do I determine the IP address that was used
for the first call and re-state that on the call back e.g. When I re-spawn pppd.
At this point can I re-negotiate for the IP Addresses ???
Has anyone else done this.
TIA
