   Please test it with all 8390 cards and report your results back here.

Works perfectly for me.  Using the MS-DOS pdtstnet, it doesn't drop a
single packet after 100,000 packets at 60 byte frames, 1500 byte
frames, and varying the size from 60 through 1500.  This is on a
100Mhz Ambra Blue Lightning processor.  I tried it with two NE2000
clones: an Accton with their 8390 clone.

When I repeated the test with an Addtron using a real National 8390, I
got a few packets dropped -- 0.0256% loss.  That's not the important
part -- the important part is that Linux didn't crash.  Yeah!!!
