Standard ftp client can't get through masqueraded firewall gateway because
ftp client wait connection from the ftp server when switching to data transfer
mode. Use passive mode if possible, otherwise use your masqueraded firewall
for ftp. Netscape and most WWW navigator use passive mode ftp.
