RFC1323 (Long Fat Pipe) options

Hi,

  I am interested in the current status/plans for the
implementation of the RFC1323 (Long Fat Pipe) options.
This is basically a TCP window scaling option for links
with high delay*BW products.  
  The TCP/IP source I have (1.2.13 from the RedHat distribution)
has these options in the "Things to do" list.  Have these options
been or is anyone planning to make these modifications.
