I'm just covering my backside and making sure stuff will still get out by
other channels. I certainly don't want to get involved in silly games. The
spreading of the net is there to break these barriers down, and the
breakdown of these barriers is the road to the future, regardless of how
hard Government's try to keep control of 'borders'.
When you are 700ms from the UK to Belize the notion of borders breaks down.
