I'm running 1.3.59+patch-1.3.59-collected, I got this message today... I had
many things running, but I was using Netscape (2.0b6a) at the time the message
popped up.

This is the first "interesting" thing I've seen with .59+alan's patches, aside
from the already known stuff (xntpd, etc.).
