Since upgrading to 1.3.58 I am having trouble with tcp/ip. When I
have a telnet connection (via ppp) and an ftp connection (soaking up
all the bandwidth on the 14.4 link), then trying to establish another
connection causes the telnet to be dropped. This occured at least 3
times. The remote host logged this message:
