Gossips, and rumors don't usually have facts behind them..

We have seen problems within Alternet that break connection
in between NORDUnet, and Rutgers, MCI has been working ok.

Now people can't down it with email -- well, they can flood it,
but not take down. SunOS 4.1.3U1 can take it down though..
There are a couple bugs in that system that can cause TCP
connection to crash whole machine, but system mailer won't
choke at the reboot. (Also VGER's SMD-disks give trouble,
but that is yet another story.)

They are flowing now, but perhaps you were kicked off of them
for some reason ?
