I've been trying to use lsl -> pdether -> ipxodi -> vlm myself, with very
little success, so I'd appreciate some suggestions. I've got lsl and
pdether to load with absolutely no problems, but when I try loading
ipxodi, it complains that the ipx protocol is already loaded; when I try
loading vlm, it complains that ipxodi isn't loaded! Hmm ...
