This is an announce for the Nth official version of MD, a device
driver that groups several hard disks or partitions into a single block
device, so it is now possible to have files that grow across devices. It
currently supports a linear mode, RAID-0 (striping) as well as RAID-1
(striping + mirroring). Please note that, although linear and RAID-0 mode
have now moved to BETA, RAID-1 is still VERY ALPHA.
What's new since v0.26b :
Some changes here and there (preparing things for
RAID-5... ;-). Patched against 1.3.5.
