contains some bug fixes, additions to the help and information
material, and a few cosmetic changes.

Description: Additions and fixes for John F. Haugh II's Shadow 3.3.1
providing self-configuration and clean Linux compile.
Default is to compile for Cracklib and NDBM (GDBM) if
they are found installed and not otherwise. Some little
scripts to automate patching-compiling from c.s.m shar files.
