	Good tip... it works for xemacs-19.11 (ex-lucid-emacs), too, if
you change it to the following:

 1) Make SURE the sticky bit is set on your xemacs executable (else it
 will take 2 seconds to load every time.)

 2) This is the IMPORTANT PART- remove the /usr/local/lib/xemacs/site-lisp/
    directory (this should be empty).  Then, link the
    /usr/local/lib/xemacs/19.11/lisp/ directory to the
    /usr/local/lib/xemacs/site-lisp/ directory.
