Chinese Tools 1.3 uploaded to sunsite.unc.edu (ELF version)
In thise package, I have added crxvt -- Chinese rxvt and
betty -- a psudo tty, view GB,Big5 or HZ,Big5 simutaneously.
For details, see Chinese-Tools-1.3.ELF.README.
They are currently in /pub/Linux/Incoming, probably moved to
/pub/Linux/apps lately.
