Hi linuxers,

due to recent kernel improvements version 0.2 beta of cdda2wav has
been adapted and is called version 0.3 now. This is required for
kernel versions 1.1.68 or above.

Most noteworthy is the support for vendor specific scsi commands in
the generic scsi interface as well as fixes to allow more than one 
sector at a time to be transferred. No more need for a kernel patch. 

Over Xmas i borrowed a NEC Multispin 2X and found that i had relied
on incorrect information :-(. Now that code works too.

Alpha testers for Plextor 4X cdrom drives are missing yet and welcome!
Especially interesting is whether detection works.
