I just uploaded netboot-nfs.tar.gz to /pub/Linux/Incoming on sunsite.unc.edu.
It should (hopefully) be moved to /pub/Linux/system/Linux-boot soon. A short
description of the package can be found in the following lsm entry. Any
comments are welcome.
