Hi all,
I've put a new version of my hacked amd (amd-upl102) on

ftp.zarquon.mathi.uni-heidelberg.de:/pub/Linux/Net/amd*

the binaries are packed with the texinfo-source (the original one;
newer features / filesystems are not documented.) as well as my
mount-maps, which I'm using on my machine. Not the most elaborated
(read: pretty simple) but should give you a solid starting point.

NEW FEATURES (well, not actually new, but _working_):
- - Added fs-types "iso9660" and "msdos" for linux; is basically the
  same then "ufs", i.e. it does take the same arguments; "opts" can be
  all possible mount-options.
- - Default-timeout for host-specific filesystems (300s)
- - New linux-specific parser for mount-options: currently recognises
  all recent options for fs-types "msdos" and "iso9660" (taken from
  1.3.28); unknown options (amd-specific: "utimeout" and such) are
  discarded
- - "silent failures" if no devices are found are removed; "I/O-Error" is
  returned instead

Enjoy

Hannes
