Hi,

Hope this is not getting boring yet. I uploaded _yet_ a new version of xwatch,
now 1.03 (files: xwatch-1.03.tar.gz and xwatch.lsm) to sunsite and tsx-11. I
got a very nice mail about an option -- and implemented it. The new option is
that xwatch now `smartly' tries to guess when a line of text is too long for
the watch window, and breaks it up accordingly.

Xwatch is a small program that watches over files, it's designed to watch over
the logfiles in /var/adm. You see what's happening as it happens, if you like,
in different colors etc..

The primary location is still
ftp://ftp.icce.rug.nl/pub/unix/xwatch-1.03.tar.gz, so grab it from there if
you want it real soon.

Here's the LSM entry:

Begin3
Title: xwatch: Logfile watcher under X-windows
Version: 1.03
Entered-date: 1995
Description:	Xwatch will monitor logfiles and display new information on
them in a window under X. Basically, you get to see what's
going on _during_ say a break-in, instead of having to check
the logfiles after the damage is done. Of course, you need to
have the syslog daemons configured right, so that the logfiles
are created.. Xwatch reads options from its commandline as
well as from a app-defaults resource file (example supplied).
