This is the initial public release of the Oberon-2 compiler Jacob,
a stand-alone Oberon-2 compiler under Linux. 

Features
   - Compiles Oberon-2 modules to GNU assembler code.
   - Produces one single executable per "main" module.
   - Automatic memory management including garbage collection.
   - Detailed runtime error messages.
