Wrong. He didn't run xanim. He ran Mosaic. If Mosaic is running
buggy programs, that's a problem with Mosaic. (Just like when xv runs
non-existant programs from outland, it's a problem with xv.)
bug-sipb was absolutely the right place for him to send the bug
report.
If you can reproduce the bug by running xanim from the command line,
then that should be reported to graphics as a separate bug report.
Of course, since you maintain both programs, the point is moot. But
in general, it's an important point.
