The mboggle client should be modified so that it does the right thing
when it's suspended with ^Z.  Right now, a user can suspend it, and
when it's resumed, the timer picks up where it left off.  That's
probably the wrong behavior -- the user should get three minutes
absolute time to play, not three minutes of time in which the program
is running.
