(This has been on my to-do list for a long time. I'm unlikely to get
to it, so I'm sending it here for posterity. :-)
As the mbogglemaster works now, a user who is running mboggle but
ignoring it can hold up the game for everybody else. The server
should be modified so that it time out a user who fails to respond to
a prompt for a significant amount of time (e.g., 60 seconds) and
closes the user's connection.
