SYNOPSIS:
I notice that data is being dropped from files. This can look like typo
in text, but is much clearer in the binaries files. For example, article
36486 (pvpussboo.gif) in alt.binaries.pictures.misc has missing data from a
line about 120 lines into the file. This has happened on the source groups,
discussion groups and the binary pictures groups. It appears that some
flow control is not working someplace. Perhaps down line, but I see
fee complaints in the discussion groups.
