What is it? Probably, it should, simply on the theory that everything
necessary to install the service should be in there, but I think that
the dictionary is a reasonable exception. :-)
I'll send mail to hesreq about the sloc changes, but I have one question
first. Should I ask them to remove snork when they add charon, or
should we leave webster on snork until it goes away?
I'd say have snork removed, just because.
