I want to move xtex, now in the xcontrib locker, to the sipb locker. There
are a few reasons for this: I'm not doing a good job of maintaining it by
myself; SIPB is better at dealing with metafont than I am; I want the
program to be more visible.
For those who don't know, xtex is a .dvi previewer that uses X fonts (so it
is much faster than xdvi). With a suitable fonts.alias it can display
documents which use postscript fonts. It also knows how to generate fonts
at runtime (that's a part I don't have working right; it depends on a
working metafont).
