Hi there..
There is no way to play sounds on public RS/6000's, DECstations, or
VAXstations. The sparc classics are the only public machines capable
of playing sounds, and only certain kinds of sounds (8-bit mu-law) at
that. Right now it probably won't work for suns, even; I'll be fixing
it this weekend.
