Well, I made a pretty good dent in it.  I managed to port a number of
the programs.  (I chose not to simply re-install SunOS 4 binaries from
the build trees, because (a) that's a cop out; (b) we should be able to
compile the stuff that's installed and (c) I don't trust Sun's binary
compatibility any further than I can throw one of their monitors.  I
also tried to avoid using too many of the BSD libraries, especially
-lucb.)

I punted on the webster clients, but otherwise I think I got many
of the more widely-used programs.
