Running xfig on a DS3100 it works fine. Running it from a maxine to
oliver I get no visual output at all, but it doesn't seem to have any
NaN's in the PS output, and it prints alright. I get the same
behavior (no visual output, PS fine, prints fine) running locally on
the rs6k. This is with version 2.1.7a protocol 2.1 with the problem2
file. For contrast, loading `problem.fig' instead of `problem2.fig'
displays the line of text at the top of the picture, but nothing else.

Another bug with the new version: in the file selector, if I type in a
directory into the `Current Directory' box and then rescan, things
work alright, but if I try to use the `Alternatives' box to change
directories, it tries to cd relative to the original setting in
`Current Directory' and gives you the error ``Can't change to
directory <ORIGINAL_DIRNAME>'' (unless the names happen to match, of
course). If you don't try to use the `Alternatives' box and instead
just choose an entry, it works fine.

I'd say the `NaN' bug has probably gone away with the new version, so
you can start figuring out why problem and
problem2 don't display correctly, and what state isn't getting kept in
the file selector. :-)
