SYNOPSIS: Missing buttons for center control panel on resize.
DESCRIPTION:If I resize the window for reading mail, I lose all but the first line
of buttons in the center of the display, leaving only Quit, Next unread, Next,
Scroll Forward, and Scroll Backward.

REPEAT BY: Read (any group), change height of window. It seems not to have
problems if I change the width first.
