The fig2dev in the sipb locker is outdated. Its pstex output relies on a
macro \SetFigFont which LaTeX can't find. The newest version doesn't use
this macro.
The version of transfig on export.lcs.mit.edu is the same as the
version we have installed, and still has this deficiency.
If you know of a newer official version somewhere else, you'll have to
tell us where it is.
The "transfig" command can be used to generate a .sty file containing
the \SetFigFont macro to include in your TeX document. See the man
page for more information.
(Incidentally, *older* versions of transfig did not have this problem.
It was broken in a new release, but the maintainer told me that he
would be fixing it before the next release.)
