We might consider picking up this version of idraw, since there's been

I've placed compressed binaries for doc, idraw, and iclass in
pub/contrib/{doc,idraw,iclass}.ibm-aix3.1.Z on
interviews.stanford.edu.  These are 3.1.5 binaries built against R5.
