This group appeared yesterday morning or earlier, and probably because of
the colon already having meaning in the .newsrc file, xrn doesn't behave
nicely. I have to edit my .newsrc file to remove this group's line before
running xrn, and then since xrn doesn't see the group in the .newsrc file,
it adds it back in and I have the same problem the next time I run xrn.
So, if colons should not be allowed in newsgroup names, could the group's
name be changed on the news server? If colons should be allowed, then
could xrn be changed to parse the .newsrc file correctly (I guess by
locating the last ':' or '!' on a line and treating whatever precedes it,
including ':' and '!', as legit characters). If something else altogether
is the problem, could someone either fix it or tell me how to change my
configuration or .newsrc or whatever? Thanks.
