Calls /usr/sipb/lib/fortunes.dat, rather than /mit/sipb/lib/fortunes.dat
With the new change to vendor-supplied operating systems and platforms,
the change to allow /usr/sipb cannot be made; thus this path (and any
other programs that use it) should be modified....
We are aware of the problem, and we have been gradually updating
programs to use /mit/sipb rather than /usr/sipb. I have recompiled
fortune (for vax, rt, decmips, rsaix) to use /mit/sipb and installed
it.
